Get support.

We are there for you when you need us. Many of our activities are there to help you if you need support or someone to talk to.

Newly arrived in Sweden?

Our Friend groups organize activities for unaccompanied children. The Friend group is a good way for newly arrived children and young people to meet others of the same age. We plan the activities together. Some of the activities we do are: football, cinema, snack time, or any other thing you want to do.

For advice on your individual refugee case, research, search for family members, Red Cross messages, return to your home country and certificate of captivity call the Swedish Red Cross on 020 – 41 50 00. The opening hours are Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday 9.30am – 12:00pm

If you are a victim of war and torture injuries you can get help from any of the Red Cross treatment centers

If you are a refugee or an undocumented migrant and want help to find the right health care you can get help here.

The Swedish Red Cross works with all parts of the asylum process: advice on individual cases, family reunion, practicing Swedish and support when returning to your home country.

Read more here about the support the Swedish Red Cross gives to asylum seekers and migrants.
